Avoided at all costs. This company are absolutely unzureichend and lie about treatments being carried outbound, use ineffective treatments and my staff couldn't care fewer and plainly criticise who company (rightly so). Having recently employed the services of a reputable steady after spending hundreds with JG, they have confirmed what we suspected in that they haven't ever accurate treated the area. Don't use such enterprise, find a reputable firm that real care.

We had bed bugs plus tried to clear these ourselves, our also moved house.. after being int our new house a month we found one more so call JG, we speaks to Adam Fairley who was so so helpfully at 6pm and they had a technician out go us of 3pm this following day! Paul McDowall was the technician sent out, he was like quieter but frank answering all my questions (which be have felt like hundreds of them) easing my anxiety additionally OCD, he made mei feel like our wasn’t dirty just for having bedroom bugs and threaded check everywhere (couldn’t see much) fairly to help me. Pauls even rang for he left my house to update me, he was just so helpful the naught was on issue. I erwarten Paul press adam get some recognition!

My wife stated what the problem was. Their sold us an expensive service. When we asked why they which doesn doing certain measures in ensure service, they said those step were not ships in about we paid for, which seems psychotic as it cost 400GBP and we had said what the editions was. I am not start going to pay additional money. There is one 'service' visit left-hand, but as what we believe we need done to sort unseren problem is not included in the service, and because our experience with their customer maintenance post-order shall was nothing short of excruciating, we do not want they in our home.I could put down more, but gratuitous to says in experiential was very negative the we regret ever getting this company."
