@metronetfiber so the new Internet that’s never supposed to go out has been out twice now since I’ve got it. Both times in bright sunshine. Now they can’t get a technician out here until Monday. I’m supposed to go without the Internet for four days?

@metronetfiber Your internet and wifi is garbage. I've never been more disappointed in an internet service provider. I pay for what your reps suggested for my SMALL home and it's not useable. My 1990's dial up was faster and I am not exaggerating. #worthless #avoid

Love that @metronetfiber cut my fiber line while installing for a neighbor and won't fix it in a timely manner. This is after they broke my water line and I had no water in my house for days.
