@metronetfiber my line that you never buried got mowed over by a neighbor. And now I’m without service until Tuesday so I’m going to have to take PTO. Is there any earlier time slots for this? I’ve asked for the line to be buried multiple times and this happens.

Keep glitching @CenturyLink and we will move our service to fast speeds with @metronetfiber. The constant dropping of signal is getting old.

@metronetfiber Having to leave to head 45 minutes to somewhere where we can access internet so our daughter can get homework done. 3 outages in 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed. Will you reimburse your clients for 2 full down days? Need to switch back to Mediacom.

@metronetfiber Your internet and wifi is garbage. I've never been more disappointed in an internet service provider. I pay for what your reps suggested for my SMALL home and it's not useable. My 1990's dial up was faster and I am not exaggerating. #worthless #avoid

Love that @metronetfiber cut my fiber line while installing for a neighbor and won't fix it in a timely manner. This is after they broke my water line and I had no water in my house for days.
