@MediacomSupport @candl I've found the best way to fix your issue is to go to @metronetfiber. Mediacom doesn't really care about anything except getting your money. I'd look into ditching Mediacom.

@MediacomSupport Yeah, I've been there and done that. I was able to stream just fine before, but the upload speeds you provide aren't stable. And you just gave us a new modem on Sunday, been issues ever since. I think @metronetfiber should have options for us. Mediacom is nothing but trouble.

@MediacomSupport I pay for good speeds, should be good enough to stream on Twitch. But it constantly drops my frames. Tech was JUST out with a brand new modem. Not fixing the issues. @metronetfiber is in our area. Starting to think it's time to hear what they have to say.

@metronetfiber My dvrs will not reset and I can only view streaming live tv, no pause or FF. Can't access recorded programs. Internet appears to be ok. Already reset all 4 dvrs. Put in a service request yesterday, but no answer.

For upgrades on all soon & was going to come back to att for net service because @metronetfiber is horrible. But I would like a legit answer on why this is happening or at least some consideration moving forward as this is extremely inconvenient. What say you @att @SamsungMobile

@metronetfiber just announced a price increase. So after having a tv guide that is always wrong, tv that pauses (some channels won't play at all), internet that is slow even tho I'm at 100gb, & non-existent customer service, now u charge more?? Laughable. #internet #metronet #smh

The phrasing of the original tweet made it sound like city council was keeping a lid on the ISP market, protecting it for Suddenlink so they could continue to raise rates on customers while also provide the most idgaf customer service

A different, but related brand of telecom BS is @metronetfiber, with whom I signed up for service in June and have had a series of delays, cancellations, and poor communication. Finally learned today (prob accidentally) that their buildout in Michigan is "on hold indefinitely".
