Do you love Slow Cooker Chili as much as we do? Well then, you're in the right place! We've got an old recipe to share with you today and it's one of our all time favorite recipes. We've been making this for about 7 years now -- and as soon as the weather changes each year we break out the slow cooker and make it for our family.

Old Fashioned Chili Recipes just like your grandma made (27)

There's only one problem... this recipe has got quite the kick to it. Like break out in a sweat but you don't really care because it's that good kind of kick. My husband loves it HOT. I like it semi-hot and our teenage daughter has to have a tall glass of milkwhen she eats this. So I wouldn't recommend feeding this to small children until you try it for yourself. I'd also recommend maybe starting with half of the spicy seasonings until you know that you can handle the heat.

To help with the heat I add sour cream, cheese and green onions. My hubby likes it plain, hot and spicy! Could we be any different, lol?
